What is it?

Kombucha tea is a fermented drink made from bacteria and yeast mixed with black or green tea and sugar. 

Through the fermentation process the sugary tea turns into kombucha and only 3-5 grams of sugar are left. 

What's inside?

Kombucha can only taste as good as the ingredients you use. The brewing process starts with filtered spring water, raw certified organic cane sugar, live probiotic kombucha cultures, natural fruit and herbs.

Our kombucha is packed with detoxifying antioxidants, gut-comforting natural probiotics and B-vitamins.

What's that thing on top?

That is a SCOBY, a Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast. It forms when the sweet tea meets an aged batch of kombucha, known as starter. They live mostly on top, but have been known to float about or sink. If kombucha is left alone for some time, a scoby will naturally form, if the product is live and not pasturized.
